1. Data We Collect

We collect your email address and name when you create an account. We store the pixel art you generate, your palettes, and usage data (credit consumption).

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to provide the Service: authentication, credit management, generation history, and the public gallery (only content you choose to share). We use PostHog for anonymous usage analytics.

3. Third Parties

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase — authentication and database
• Polar.sh — payment processing (Merchant of Record)
• Google Gemini / OpenAI — AI generation (prompts are sent to these providers)
• Vercel — hosting
• Railway — engine hosting
• PostHog — analytics

4. Data Retention

Your generations and account data are retained as long as your account is active. You can delete your generations at any time. Account deletion removes all associated data.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (Supabase session). PostHog may set analytics cookies.

6. Your Rights

You can request export or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
